Once you subscribe to our services, our expert technician shall visit you for installation of the Sensor (Hardware). After your consent, the installation will be carried out in your presence. Don’t worry, our installation will not affect the original status of the bike in any manner. Once the sensor is installed, you can activate our service through the App. 3 simple steps and you are connected with your bike in a jiffy.
The sensor has an internal battery which lasts for over 2 hours without any power supply. Moreover, when the bike is not in motion for a long time the sensor goes in to power saver mode and turns off the GPS. This helps in reducing the power consumption which greatly reduces the battery usage of the bike.
Surely, you can use the App for more than one bike as a single user. From a single login, you can have multiple subscriptions and you can monitor and control your bikes from a single screen selection.
In any emergency event, an SMS with the current bike location is automatically sent to you as well as your selected Emergency Contact person. We strive to provide timely information so appropriate steps can be taken in such situations.
Your subscription comes with a built in Internet connection which helps in transmitting the data to you. Although we are associated with all major telecom and internet operators in India, you may appreciate that no service will perform effectively in event where there is no adequate Internet support. In such situations and especially to cover any emergency event, you as well as your emergency contacts shall receive SMS Alerts about your bike.
No, we do not promote the idea of locking the power to your bike in a running state as that can create chaos on the road and may also lead to risky situations. You can lock your bike at any time. However, our feature works when anyone tries to start the bike from the parked state through any illegitimate means. This feature is only for self start bikes and ensures that nobody can start the bike until you unlock the bike from the App.
